On RTTY check 14083, 21083 and 7037 and on SSB try 14177, 21277 and 7077. QSL via LA2IJ Stuart, YJ8UU, from Vanuatu will be operating on 6 meters starting 19 July for the next 3 years. He says he will be on 50110 at 06:30Z daily. He will be using an Icom 706 with a 3 element Delta loop for 6 meters. He will be using a GAP R5 vertical on HF. QSL via ZL2HE. Look for Alex, D25L, from Angola this weekend as he plans to be active in the IARU contest. He will not be on 80 or 160 meters. When he is not in the contest look for him on CW on 10 through 40 meters. Lars, SM3CVM, reports special event station 8S3JR will be on 18 to 20 July on all HF bands celebrating the remembrance of King Chulalongkorn of Siam (now HS Thailand). QSL via SM3CVM. Chris, DL1MGB, will be operating from the Faeroe Islands from 9 July to 29 July as OY/DL1MGB. During the IARU contest he hopes to be using OY6A. Participation in the IOTA contest is still questionable. He plans to be active on 10 through 160 meter using a TS450. S79MAD - SEYCHELLES - Paddy was working North America on 7003 around 03:15Z. Remember Paddy will be listening on 80 meters CW trying to get an idea of propagation. He expects to be able to operate on this band from 25 to 28 July. VP8AWU - FALKLANDS - Can be found often with other South Americans on 3800 around 01:00Z. VP8CTR - ANTARCTICA - Roman has been working west coast US stations on 3795 between 12:00 and 13:00Z. QSL via DL5EBE. XT2DP - BURKINA FASO - Dan was found working Europeans between 18:45 and 19:30Z on 18138. QSL via WB2YQH.
