. ===================== *** The Daily DX *** ===================== Volume 1 Number 30 April 29, 1997 Edited by Bernie McClenny, W3UR ----------------------------------------------------------------- Headlines ----------------------------------------------------------------- BS7H/MM was very active yesterday with a decent signal on their way to Scarborough Reef on both 14024 and 14195. Tim, N4GN, spoke with them around 12:15Z and they reported they were making good time and still planed to be on the air around 02:00Z April 30th. Tim restated the main goal of this operation is to work as many different stations as possible to give them an all time new one. They will be on all bands however they plan to put an emphasis on 40, 30 and 20 meters during stateside sunrise. Antennas for the low bands include a Butternut HF2V for 40 and 80 meters, some dipoles and a couple of Cushcraft verticals. The verticals should work much better than the dipoles.
