The ship is expected to arrive at the first operating site around 18:00Z on April 29th, this is 2 am local time. If everything works out right they should be on the air as BS7H around 02:00Z on April 30th. The team members are very excited and ready. They plan to be active on the boat as BS7H/MM on 14195 while they travel to the rocks. QSL BS7H/MM via W6RGG. Mats, SM7PKK, has started a new job in Uganda which will last about 6 months. He plans to get on the air when he is not working. He will take some side trips to 9Q, 9X, 9U and 5H. ----------------------------------------------------------------- QSN ----------------------------------------------------------------- 3D2RW - Fiji - Ron, ZL1AMO, who is still headed to Tarawa (T30) and Banaba (T33) showed up still on Fiji Island. He apparently got sick and missed the plane to Tarawa (T30) and hopes to catch it next week after that he plans to catch a boat to Banaba (T33). He was active yesterday around 10:20Z on 7008 and around 11:30Z on 3508. This morning he showed up on 14187 around 03:00Z. He says to look for him after 09:00Z on the low bands. He may try to put up an antenna on 160 meters. QSL via ZL1AMO. 4U1ITU - ITU Headquarters Geneva - Was working JA's on 18079 at 10:00Z. 4U1UN - United Nations Headquarters New York - One or more of the Frankford Radio Club members were operating from this club station on Sunday. They were very active on 20 and 17 meters SSB, working across Europe and the US. QSL via W6TER. 8R1ZB - Guyana - Yuki, JH1NBN/K3ZB, was active on 18130 around 18:00 to 19:00Z, then on 14186 around 23:30Z. Yuki was working some JA's at this time but mostly_ the mainland US. Yuki plans to be on the air next from J83ZB starting around 22:00Z on April 29th. QSL via JH1NBN. 9X/RW3AH - Rwanda - Andy was on 17 meters between 11:00 and 13:00Z working Europe, Asia and east coast North America. Between 16:00 and 16:30Z he was found on 21020 mostly working Europe and a few east coast US stations. Between 18:00 and 20:00Z he was on 14195 working Asia, Europe and North America. Andy stated he would be leaving probably in two days. QSL via RW3AH._ CE0/JA7KXD - Easter Island - Showed up on 7004 on Saturday at 10:00Z. QSL via JA7KXD. E21CJN - Thailand - Tham was active for about two hours on 14021 starting around 12:30Z. This frequency seems to be one of his favorites during this time frame. QSL via K3WUW (now W3PP). EM1HO - Antarctica - Paul was on 24970 just before 17:00Z. QSL via I2PJA. ET3BN - Ethiopia - Was working US and Europe on 14012 around 18:30Z. JD1BIY - Minami Torishima - Some JA's report working this station on 3508 around 10:30Z and on 14217 around 14:30Z. NH6MG/TG5 - Guatemala - Dave can be found 3 or 4 days a week on 18165 between 16:00 and 18:00Z. Be careful as this is close to the band edge. R1AN - Antarctica - Both R1ANZ and R1ANT were found on 14174 around 10:30Z. QSL R1ANZ via UW1ZC and QSL R1ANT via UA1GO. T30WP - Western Kiribati - Tada, JA1WPX, showed up on 7003 from 10:45 to 12:20Z. He was later found on 20 meters SSB on several frequencies between 21:50 and 22:20Z. QSL via JA1WPX. T88CK - Belau (Western Carolines) - Showed up on 14005 from 10:15 to 12:20Z with few callers. UK4YT - Uzbekistan - Karl, K4YT, came up on 14200 around 13:30Z working Europe, North America and Japan. Karl's next stop will be EY/K4YT in Dushanbe starting today through May 11th.
